Harbin Ice and Snow World: A Representative Masterpiece of Heilongjiang's Winter Tourism

As a cultural landmark of Harbin tourism and a flagship project of Heilongjiang’s ice-snow industry, this year’s Harbin Ice and Snow World has achieved breakthroughs and innovations based on past experience, once again building the 'Crown of Ice and Snow'.

I. Theme Concept

The theme of the 19th China·Harbin Ice and Snow World—'Ice and Snow Garden of a Hundred Flowers: A Fantastical World'—uses ice and snow as mediums to create a winter 'garden of flowers' shared with the world.

II. Scale of the Park

This year, the park covers a total area of 800,000 square meters, using 180,000 cubic meters of ice and 150,000 cubic meters of snow. It features over 2,000 ice and snow sculptures and more than 30 interactive entertainment projects.

III. Ice and Snow Landscapes

The iconic structure—the 'Crown of Ice and Snow' main tower—stands at a record height of 42.5 meters. Utilizing advanced curve craftsmanship and avoiding sharp angles, it ensures stability against wind and sunlight. Multi-level internal staircases allow visitors to explore the tower’s interior, while auxiliary towers are arranged in a nonlinear, crown-like layout, creating a dazzling aerial view.

(1) Diverse Winter Activities

In addition to classic attractions like the 180-meter snow tube slide, 365-meter ice slide, ice bicycles, ice spiders, and ski boards, new innovations include ice karting, snow assault boats, snow buggies, and parent-child bicycles (over 30 projects in total).

Leisure options such as train tours, reindeer-drawn sleds, dog sleds, and pony-drawn sleds enrich the visitor experience.

Penguin 'Manbo' from Harbin Polar Land visits with his family, allowing tourists to interact closely and take photos with them.
